Daniel J. Biederman, Jr.
Daniel J. Biederman, Jr. (“Danny”) has devoted his career to representing personal injury victims and their families. Danny focuses his practice in all areas of personal injury, including auto collisions, premises liability, wrongful death, truck crashes, mass transit collisions, railroad injuries, medical malpractice, and nursing home negligence. Danny has represented clients at trial and secured recovery for injured people through mediation, arbitration, and negotiations.
In recognition of his success, Danny has been named a Rising Star by the Illinois Super Lawyers Magazine in 2017 and 2018, a distinction awarded to only 2.5 percent of all Illinois attorneys.
Outside of the courtroom, Danny is active in bar associations and community organizations, including the Chicago Bar Association, through which he volunteers with the Wills for Heroes Program. He also volunteers his time with the ALS Association and the Garfield Park Little League.
Danny is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Illinois State Bar Association.
Danny earned his law degree from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago. Prior to law school, Danny earned a Masters of Arts in Journalism and a Bachelors of Arts in Communications, both from DePaul University in Chicago.
Danny is licensed to practice in the State of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
