Daniel J. Biederman, Sr. is a tenacious advocate for his clients in the courtroom and at the negotiation table. Throughout his career, he has recovered over $39,000,000 in verdicts and Settlements for people injured by the negligence of others.
Most notably, Dan secured a $4,750,000 Settlement for parents who tragically lost three children in a house fire in the Austin Neighborhood. Dan also secured an $8,000,000 Settlement for a young man who lost his mother and younger brother in a high-rise fire.
